“Measurer” is a mobile application for zamerschik, installers, as well as any artists who make measurements in the process of repair or production.

Currently, this process is performed by using Notepad, phone and SMS is not convenient because the information can be lost, moreover it takes extra time. So, I decided to develop an app that will help solve these problems and make the process more efficient.

Having experience in finishing works, as well as several partners from the scope of the renovation we decided on a minimum functionality of the application and started developing my own apps. A few months later we began testing the solution in-house (Windows, doors, ceilings).

The app gave a great effect — the Manager is freed up to 50% of the time due to the automatic distribution of applications for measurements, measurer too happy because I see all the applications online without any additional calls, and also have a handy online notebook for measurements. Conflicts with customers regarding delays almost disappeared.

The main functionality of the app: the app helps to record measurements, lead them on accounting, history, to notify the customer and Gager on the planned application, and the software allows you to send measurements by e-mail or directly in CRM store.

Plus application is that it automates not only the measurer, but also part of the tasks of the shop where he works. For example, the system will distribute applications for the measurement among the employees and notify customers, but automatic download of data about the measurements and photos will shorten the time Manager.

The aim of the project “the Measurer” — to help a highly specialized trade enterprises to automate the customer service process, i.e. to improve the quality for the consumer. We invite shops and artists to test the service to make it even better and more convenient for our construction sector.
