Вадим Самойлов может исполнять песни «Агаты Кристи»

Recently Savelovsky court of Moscow considered the claim of a former member of the band “Agatha Christie” Gleb Samoilov, which he forbade his brother to perform songs of the band. The judge decided not to accede to the request of the plaintiff, and therefore, Vadim is free to execute any previously hyped hits.

We will remind that the glib filed a lawsuit in early summer. He counted 172 songs from the repertoire of the group to which his brother supposedly wasn’t involved. In August of this year, Hleb also complained of relative to the Main Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Moscow, accusing it of copyright infringement. The plaintiffs ‘ attorney Alisa Obraztsova even said that Vadim is putting pressure on brother, that he ceased to assert his authorship, and even threatened that initiates the criminal prosecution of Hleb because of his “calls to extremism” picked up a few new songs.
Recall that mega popular in the 90s, the group ceased to exist in 2010, because of a quarrel of its founders – brothers Gleb and Vadim Samoilov.
