Just a few hours ago in Bangkok ended the international contest “Miss universe — 2018”. This year the winner was 24-year-old representative of the Philippines Catriona gray. Second place went to the representative of South Africa, Tamarin, green, and the third — Stephanie Gutierrez from Venezuela.
24-year-old gray, who was born in Australia and studied in musical College in Berkeley, was one of the main favorites of the competition. She managed to get around 93 candidates for the honorary title from other countries. The crown she was awarded the laureate of “Miss universe — 2017” demi-Lei Nel Peters from South Africa.

The theme of the 67th international contest was “Women empowered”. By the way, and in the composition of judges included only women (all of the contestants were evaluated seven women).
The final decision about winning the grey judges took after her answer to the last question. All participants were asked what the most important lesson they learned in their lives and how would they apply this knowledge now, if they were “Miss Universe”.

I feel Miss Venezuela should have won Miss Universe 2018 by far, she really was the most beautiful and her answers were positive and humble each with an amazing and outstanding smile. She outshined them all. They all did great and all were pretty, but she stood out the most. I know the Philippines has gone through a lot lately in disasters but still Miss Venezuela was the true champion of the competition.
