the Parliament in the state Duma.
The message came to the head of the Federal Antimonopoly service
(FAS) Igor Artemyev. He was asked to bring to administrative responsibility
rap artist Alexey Dolmatov, known under the pseudonym of PFM. The musician is charged with
violation of the law “On advertising”.

“We have received a request from the user, which
