More than 800 million rubles were collected by the Charity Fund of Konstantin Khabensky within 10 years of the organization.

Speaking at Synergy Insight Forum in Moscow, the famous actor said that the funds raised exclusively through voluntary donations, are primarily for the purchase of medicines, modern equipment, training of doctors and psychological assistance to children in need of treatment.

K. Khabensky particularly noted the need to improve the quality of psychological help to sick children.

“Children are not afraid of death, they have other plans for life – said the actor from the stage of the forum, so if to help them psychologically, not just medical, they will be much easier to treat.”

Over the years, as noted by the actor, the Fund has implemented 29 of the supply of modern medical equipment in 8 Federal medical centres, help Foundation, which is headed by Konstantin Khabensky, received more than 1,700 children with brain tumors.

“Each of the 140 million people living in Russia, must, of course, to take part in charity on a regular basis. Charity must become a part of our daily life. Celebrating this year the tenth anniversary of our Foundation, which we started to create together with my wife Anastasia, I would like to note that the willingness to help others should be the subject of reflection each inhabitant of Russia. Only then will we be able to say that we live by truth and conscience”, – said the actor.
