Anastasia became famous all over the world in just one day — when, together with her husband Alexander Kruszelnicki took to the ice at the Pyeongchang Olympic Curling tournament.

This sport is not called mass, although, for example, in Canada they are addicted to more than two million people. In our country the number of fans of Curling is much more modest, but during a performance of Anastasia and Alexandra sports TV ratings have skyrocketed. Foreign media have compared athletes with Hollywood stars, and famous rivals from Switzerland, America and Canada looked at the background of the Russian pair palely. In the foreign press quoted the statements of users of social networks: the “Russian national team on Curling leads Anastasia Bryzgalova who looks like Angelina Jolie in your 21, if she picked up the MOP” “I don’t really understand Curling, but Anastasia made me a fan”, “I thought, Curling is a game for old balding men, but Bryzgalov looks like Megan Fox, and suddenly, I love this sport”.

We met with Anastasia in Pyeongchang, immediately after delivery her husband and bronze medals — the first Olympic medals in the history of Russian Curling.

— Anastasia, for these few days you have conquered the whole world. How did you do it?

Is kind of crazy. (Smiles.) I was very shocked. To be honest, when we went to the Olympics, I thought, well, will be rooting for all of us who usually looks Curling, a small number of fans of this sport. But after the first game happened something unreal. Each of our photos in social networks attracts tens of thousands of likes, responses coming not only from Russia but also from around the world. I do who not only wrote. The people with whom I was in first grade, in kindergarten: “Nastya, we saw you, congratulations!” Many say that because of us began to watch the Curling, began to understand the rules, discovered this game.
