In real life Sychev for a long time and happily married to businesswoman Ales Velikanova, and has two daughters. They live together in a country house, but sometimes the actor will retreat to his bachelor apartment. Spacious Studio with an area of 75 square meters is located in a quiet area in the West of Moscow. From its Windows you can see the Sparrow hills, Park and business center “Moscow city”.

“This apartment is with Alesya acquired in 2009, – said the “StarHit” Vladimir. With my shooting schedule, housing in the city is a must. Here I can be alone, quietly prepare for the role. Sometimes to me comes Ales, and we’re having a romantic evening, dinner by candlelight, watching movies together – we have a home theater that is very convenient.”

To equip the apartment, the couple turned to designer.

“Disputes on the subject of repairs, we almost was not, – says Ales. – We both like quiet, warm tones that do not irritate. Eventually settled on the beige and brown colors. Walk into the apartment, and the eye rests. In the interior there is nothing superfluous. I prefer minimalism. Don’t like to clutter up the space. All sorts of different things and tubes to hide in the cupboards”.

The most favorite place of the couple bedroom. In search of a big bed with a comfortable leather back they have toured many of the capital’s shops, in the end found perfect in the catalog, but the delivery had to wait a few weeks. The apartment was done remodeling – combined living room and kitchen.

“Sometimes I come tired from work, lay down in the corner on a leather sofa, stretch my legs and turn on the TV, – continues Vladimir. – While resting, watching as Alesia cook, I love soup, potatoes with meat. Generally, I prefer a different kitchen, as long as pillowcase and soul”.

One of the walls in the living room-kitchen enlivened with stained glass. There is also a workplace Sychev – he’s teaching role, or checking email on the laptop.

“The main thing I learned during the renovation in the apartment – you need to carefully select workers, – says the actor. – Five teams changed to only screed pour. We constantly want to cheat, and even those people who were recommended by friends. For example, call one amount for materials, and then it turned out that they are several times cheaper. Alas, kindness is often mistaken for weakness. But when I changed the tone of communication on a strict, immediately began to do as it should. But before that, we battered nerves pretty”.
