Sixth day. Breakfast: coffee without sugar. Lunch: boiled fish, stewed cabbage with olive oil and soy sauce. Dinner: two boiled eggs and salad from fresh carrots with raisins and vegetable oil.

On the seventh day. Breakfast: green tea and yogurt with fresh fruit. Lunch: 200 grams of boiled beef without salt. Dinner: 100 grams of lean cooked beef and a Cup of yogurt.

The eighth day. Breakfast: coffee without sugar, toasted slice of rye bread. Lunch: 500 grams of boiled chicken without salt and cabbage salad with olive oil. Dinner: 200 grams of any fruit.
