Young Russian designers Alena Rubinstein and Tatiana Lukashova a month before the show was invited to the zoo to inspire you. When creating their collections, the artists relied on the image of the favorite animal. And, of course, in the manufacture of clothing used only natural fabrics, faux fur – everything that does not harm our brothers smaller. The curator of the project was organized by the Russian stylist and designer Vladislav Lisovets.

“In fact, we often neglect that surrounds us,” says Vlad Lisovets. — Today each of us needs to spend part of my life, to save all living things. We are preparing an incredibly beautiful show, and I hope that after it at the sight of the growing tree or animal you will have to spread that warm body.”

“Environmental fashion originated in the seventies of the XX century, when the negative consequences of the technological revolution has turned into a real threat of ecological disaster, – says acting Director General of “Moscow zoo” Svetlana Akulova. The answer to this was the manufacture of clothing from natural raw materials, without the use of harmful chemicals and emissions that pollute the environment. These clothes can be called ethical because it is produced in harmony with nature, in full respect of the balance of interests of humans and animals.

Also in celebration of the city Day in the Moscow zoo will host informative public feeding of animals, unique pony show, free tours of the exhibition the capital’s zoo, free school of painting and master class Andriaka in the genre of animal painting, exhibition of works by students of the school of Sergey Andriaka and play for the scholars of the Animal world

Leading the program will be mark Tishman and Cornelia Mango. Arrival of guests at 18:00, screening begins at 19:00.
