Cheese cake is an indispensable dish, if you are soon expecting guests or just don’t want to spend hours cooking.
Cooking time cake is roughly 15-20 minutes and then an hour or two to the dessert to stand in the refrigerator.
To prepare cheese cake you want:
- cottage cheese — 500g
- sour cream — 300g
- gelatin — 30g
- drinking water — one glass
- sugar/honey — to taste (about 200g/three tablespoons with slide)
- fruits/berries — to taste (preferably soft, such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
- mint or other fruits/berries for decoration (subject to availability)
In the course of prepare you need:
- mixer/blender, in a pinch, like a conventional table spoon
- candy mold for cake (the best would be silicone, glass bottom)
Cheese and sour cream, you can choose any fat content, depending on your preference. Low fat foods will allow you to prepare a low calorie dessert that is safe to eat even during the diet.
Cottage cheese and sour cream with 5-15% fat will give the cake a more delicate creamy taste.
Gelatin is typically sold in bags of 10g.
To silicone form, whatever you cooked/baked anything will not stick (even if it’s not lubricated with this oil), and the glass bottom can be put on your favorite holiday dish.
Recipe cottage cheese cake without baking
Cheese and sour cream put in a large container, then whisk or mix until a homogeneous mass.
Add sugar or honey to taste (do not forget that when you add sour fruit/berries require a slightly higher amount of sugar/honey). You do not sprinkling sugar on the cheese, and the finished dessert is served as a main dish for a festive Breakfast. In General, it all depends on your own preferences.
In a saucepan pour the gelatin and that it dissolves better, not forming lumps, you pour a glass of drinking water at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
Until the latter settles it’s time to cut the fruit in rings or slices, as you prefer.
After 5-10 minutes put the saucepan on a slow fire, not forgetting to stir constantly. Remove from heat once all gelatin is completely dissolved in the water. It usually takes 3 to 5 minutes.
Gently a thin stream pour gelatin mixed with cream cheese. The resulting mass stir well and whip.
To take the tank cake and put the fruit/berries on the bottom of the form. Pour on top of the resulting cheese mixture.
Dessert put into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. After two hours of jelly definitely has time to harden. The cake, remove from refrigerator and decorate with mint petals.
