This year the ceremony of awarding the prize “Nika” was the jubilee, the thirtieth. And it was held in the Mossovet Theatre, where worked for a long time the father of our permanent expert of fashion historian Alexander Vasiliev.

“My father Alexander Pavlovich Vasiliev for many years was the chief artist of the Theater Mossovet, created the scenery for many performances and, of course, created stage costumes for such famous stars as Lyubov Orlova, Vera Maretskaya, Faina Ranevskaya, Rostislav Plyatt. But he especially liked the young actress Valentina Talyzina, he thought she was the prettiest girl at the time, always about her spoke. I often visited this theatre. The décor of the auditorium and foyer were made on the draft of my father, he chose of color and texture for decoration. And I’m glad cinematographic award “Nika” was given within these walls.
