Singer Zara recently was awarded the highest honor. The talented 33-year-old singer and idol of thousands of fans was awarded the title “Honored artist of Russia”. The order appointing the Dawn of the new status was signed by the President about a month ago, but the award ceremony took place only recently — during her performance at a Grand concert in the Kremlin.
