Anatoly Reznikov was born 20 Dec 1940 in Bialystok. His childhood and youth, the future Director spent in Tbilisi. In an interview devoted to the project, Reznikov complained of health problems. The Director lamented the fact that he was in the hospital with a stroke. After that, Anatolii Izrailevich had problems with the hand.
