Hollywood actor armie hammer arrived in Moscow for the premiere of her new movie “Shootout”.

Army came to the capital in 2013 in the company of johnny Depp – they were a picture of “the Lone Ranger”.

The current film “the Shooting” tells the story of the confrontation between the Americans and the Irish, suiting a magical battle in the warehouse after the collapse of the clandestine sale of weapons. The action takes place in the 70-ies, so costumes of the characters are full of a variety of styles and colors, and a large-scale firefight looks even more spectacular. The movie will be released on Russian screens on April 27.

Before the press conference was held the traditional Western stars Photocall on the roof of the Ritz-Carlton with panoramic views of the Kremlin and Red square.

“Someone finds his destiny sooner, some later. I found his life at a young age and happy that I became an actor. Early in my career I played the role of Prince in the movie “Snow white: Revenge of gnomes” – all I had to do there just to be pretty. Now I try to play characters with different personalities,” says Armey, and adds: “I’m not looking to be in the comics. Of course, it’s a lot of money, but I’m attracted to small copyright movie – I don’t want to leave my comfort zone.”

“I do have Russian roots: my great-grandfather lived a long time in Moscow and had ties with the Communist party – he personally knew Lenin. My Russian origin in many ways helped me, even in some roles. And of course I love Russian vodka! I’d like to have a Russian passport. Anyone have an ID? I have a photo 3×4, now claim it and you’re done!” laughs the actor.

“In “the Shootout” we used a lot of pyrotechnics and made a 4000 bullet volleys. It was a little creepy when zirconium bullet burst right over head! But the man responsible for all this – a true master of his craft. On the screen all these stunts look very impressive!” says hammer.

In Russia, the actor arrived with his wife Elizabeth chambers. Just three months ago they celebrated the birth of the second child for the visit to Moscow of the kids had to leave with his parents, Elizabeth.
