Hollywood actor and former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has compared the canadian rock band Nickelback with herpes and traffic jams. Video with a bad joke, suspension of the U.S. Congress, appeared on the portal ATTN.

Arnold said that he considers unfair the existing system of determining members of Congress, and hinted at possible machinations. He also told how he skillfully managed to change the situation in California when he was Governor.
