Nikolay Fomenko

Tver court of Moscow ordered the TV presenter Nikolai Fomenko to return the debt to the Bank that issued him a loan for the development of the sports car Marussia. The Respondent on the suit is the co-owner Marussia Motors Anton Kolesnikov. The judge’s ruling Lyubov Vinogradova says:

To seek solidarity with Fomenko and Kolesnikova 64 647 million 934 thousand rubles 24 kopecks.

In 2007 Fomenko founded the company Marussia Motors, specializing in the production supercars were designed and built prototypes of models B1 and B2, however, according to media reports, in 2014 the company went bankrupt. The loan of 60 million rubles has been issued Fomenko Bank Petrocommerce (currently known as the Bank “FC Opening”) in 2011. The purpose of the receipt was named development of the sports car Marussia, and the guarantor on the loan were made by Anton Kolesnikov.

Last summer, the Bank appealed to the court against the TV presenter Fomenko and co-owner Marussia Motors Kolesnikov recover the debt on the loan. Representatives Fomenko does not dispute the conclusion of the contract for a loan, however, argue that the loan he had received, and the receipt is not his signature. In addition, according to the broadcaster, at the time of writing of these receipts he was abroad, as evidenced by the stamps in the passport.

The court held podcherkivaetsya examination, the results of which it was found that under the receipts about payment of the money is a signature Fomenko. The last has not commented on the situation.
