Innovative manufacturing of products from composite profile is completely adapted to the peculiarities of the Russian construction market. Since the launch of the first production line of composite reinforcement brand “Erste” in the Leningrad region, experts and engineers of the group of companies “Version” and its unit “Erste” was engaged in the development and debugging of production of a polyester fiberglass composite profiles, especially for Russian projects.

Products composite polyester resin reinforced with fiberglass— is Russia’s leading product, used instead of metal. In long products made of composite profiles in our country was not made at all, and adapting the European technologies for Russian customer was a strategically important task in the development of composite production in Russia.

In April 2017 at the plant “Erste” fully completed debugging production lines for specially-designed products made of composite profile, fully operational equipment was purchased. Obtained the necessary certificates of conformity (GOST R EN 40-7-2013, GOST 31938-2012, 2296-001-64263955-2015 TU, TU 2296-002-64263955-2015).

At the moment roizvodstvo products of polyester composite profiles is performed as in the serial options and for individual projects. Due to the adjusting of the technological process, the composite is designed, manufactured and delivered in accordance with the technical specification (TS) or customer’s request.
