Hollywood actor Val Kilmer has delighted fans with his blooming views. After the terrible news that Val is dying from throat cancer, which appeared a few months ago, the artist appeared quite happy and looked noticeably healthier.

16 Sep 56-year-old Kilmer was spotted in Westlake village, California. He’s gained a few pounds, grew his hair and looked great. The only visual reminder of the disease – the marks on her neck from a tracheotomy, which he did in the hospital.
