Now the new owners, group of companies “Kiev area” intend to do a complete overhaul, investing in the project more than $ 400 million.

Previously, the building belonged to the group of companies “Alliance”, whose President is a big businessman Musa Bazhaev. Now he has a new owners nisanov and Zarah Iliev, which intend to close the “Olympic” in 2019. According to their calculations, the reconstruction will last two years. During this time, all objects are fully updated swimming pools, skating rink, gymnasiums, centres for exhibitions and conferences, a multiplex cinema, a Spa and fitness area, a café and a concert hall. “All concerts and events scheduled in SC “Olympic” in 2018, will be held on schedule. In 2019, the facility will close for renovation, which will happen gradually,” say the new owners.
