Now it is the artist continues his son. Anton Tabakov will voice the cat Matroskin in the new series, “Prostokvashyno”. About it reported in a press-service of “Soyuzmultfilm”.
“Voice of the cat Matroskin in the new “Buttermilk” will be Anton Tabakov. The son of Oleg Pavlovich has agreed to donate his voice to the main character of the famous cartoon,” said the organization.
By the way, it is known that tobacco itself is not thought that his eldest son has any talents in this field. Anton excelled as a restaurateur and not eager to work with film. However, at “Soyuzmultfilm” believe that everything will work out. The son of Oleg Pavlovich immediately agreed when he received such an offer.
“It’s not just a job, it’s a tribute. And a great responsibility, because Matroskin for me – not just the character “Buttermilk”. He says my father’s voice. It was necessary to understand, to feel, to merge with him into one whole. I’m not even trying to “jump” to the original character. More important to prolong his life and to please the audience” — said Tabakov.
Presumably, in the voices of father and son a lot of the same notes, so Anton has all the chances to do so, that a famous character will speak in a similar manner.
“We are confident that the genetic similarity with the voice of Oleg Pavlovich will give our Matroskin the timbre and intonation, which are so characteristic of the original character. In addition, it is very symbolic that Anton agreed to continue the work that was once started by his father. In the voice of the cartoon was also attended by the musician Garik Sukachev (dog Ball), Ivan Okhlobystin (the postman Pechkin), Yulia Menshova (mom uncle Theodore), young actor Alex Onegin (uncle Fedor).
As reported RIA Novosti, the all-new series will be released in memory of Oleg Tabakova. Presumably, there will be 30 cartoons in the period from 2018 to 2020.
