Charity organization “Rusfond” offered to the family of the late singer to settle the dispute out of court.

However, the relatives of the stars from this offer is refused – “Responde” was willing to forget about the scandal if the family will contribute to the organization missing millions roubles. Now in this case the court understands.

Family Friske will be obliged to prepare a special statement on the movement of funds from the account of the Fund to the account used for the treatment of the stars from there, according to police, the money was withdrawn by the mother of the singer a week before her death and afterwards their trail was lost. If the relatives can prove that the money went for treatment, the case will be closed. In addition, the family will have to submit all the documents certifying the payment of treatment and medicines.
