The premiere of the first
single Sergey Bezrukov and his rock band “Godfather” called “Not about us”. Bezrukov known as a theater and film actor, Director, producer,
artistic Director of the Moscow Provincial theater. However, the range
creative interests the doctor has recently become even more — he really
interested in rock music.
As recognized by Sergei, to try something new he decided
long after the rock was fond of since childhood: “Like many of my peers, I grew up
on Russian rock. 12 years fanatel the group “Aquarium”, “Cinema”,
Alisa, DDT, heard the music of the band Queen. Now a big fan
the group Muse.
Recently I remembered that in high school at the prom we did
the concert “Meeting classmates 30 years later” in which we allegedly already
vozvrashatsia, shared with each other, who who has become. Someone became a doctor,
driver, artist, military and so on. And I, strangely enough, believed themselves to be
a rock musician who returned from a world tour, sang his song,
accompanying himself on guitar. This was before admission to the Studio School
The Moscow art theatre.
And now, barely thirty years old, as childhood fantasies began
to become a reality. Then, being an actor, I try to sing in movies and
the performances, for many years, in the play “Bully. Confession” I sing Yesenin with a live
orchestra, and one of the songs, by the way, I wrote as a rock song — “the Nightingale”. A year ago, in a Provincial theatre I released
musical-poetic performance “Vysotsky. The birth of a legend”, in the final
which is a big rock block to emphasize modern sounding
Vysotsky, we perform his songs in rock style, and most of the songs I sing
himself. But I understand now that it was such a long, smooth approach to the rock
– all this resulted in the creation of new songs and his rock band “Godfather”.
Our songs are about what matters most: the joy of living, love”.
