Action 24-a serial film is set in the 80-ies, against the death of Brezhnev and the beginning of high-profile revelations in the interior Ministry. The heroine Shukshina Tatiana — the wife of police General Arkhipov, which is in a difficult period for the country to investigate a case of smuggling of historical values. Before starting work, Mary went to her mother Lidia Fedoseeva-Shukshina.

“In the 80s she was an incredible woman of fashion, — says the actress. — Buy dress from European designer in the USSR was impossible, but the actors often went abroad, at the festivals, they were given “checks,” which are merchandised in the store “birch”. Mere mortals, the road there was closed. Every time I was in the “birch” together with mom, I opened the admiration of the mouth and dreamed that someday I will be able to afford it!.. Mom is extremely frugal and those outfits are thrown so far. That’s how we resolved the issue with the costumes for “Silver forest”.

To recreate the atmosphere of the 80s, artistic Director Yuri Allenov and his assistants had used Soviet trucks, telephone booths, carts and kiosks with ice cream, water dispensers. “Everything was very colorful, bright, really in the spirit of those times, says Shukshin. — All over “Silver Bor” worked as a team are rare professionals, filmed not as a series but as a movie, with full dedication.
