Litigation between the American singer Kesha and Dr. Luke continues. The actress has filed a lawsuit against her former producer in 2014, accusing him of sexual and physical violence, and demanding the termination of the contract.

Lawyers for Lukasz Gottwald (the real name of the producer) has made removal of the charges, because the plaintiff was unable to prove sexual violence by the defendant. Now the court ordered her to demonstrate medical documents, including the conclusions of the gynecologist and psychiatrist.
Kesha reasonably afraid that Gottwald will reveal her personal information, medical records, and that, in its opinion , may cause harm to her “personal and economic interests”. With the help of his lawyer, James pearl appealed to the Supreme court to protect her from this.
