In one of our previous articles we told you how to make thread for weaving mats. But this bright thread can be used for other purposes. Today we’ll show you how to make a flower pot in ethnic style. Hack is very simple, its manufacture will need a minimum of tools and experience. Such a pot will be able to make even your child.
Materials and tools:
- plastic container of a suitable size and shape (you can use a glass jar)
- the thread of the flaps
- glue melt
- glue

Note: when working with hot glue you need to take precautions, so children should work under the supervision of adults.
Prepare the thread of the flaps. If such a thread you have not, please follow the steps for its production. You will need about 4 metres of thread.
To the upper edge of the plastic container hot glue to glue the end of the thread. Start to wind the thread in a spiral, gradually sinking down. Frequently fix the thread with a drop of glue.
Close the thread the entire surface of the pot, trim the excess thread.
