In the night of 1 to 2 July 2002 collision of a cargo “Boeing” passenger plane “the Bashkir airlines”. Among the dead were 52 children. After a year and half Russian architect whose family died in that ill-fated night, did the lynching of the culprit. 
The crash, which occurred in 2002, near the German town of überlingen, shocked the world. Then because of the negligence of Swiss Manager Peter Nielsen killed 71 people. The collision occurred at 21:35, but according to experts, it can be prevented if employees of the airport on time told the pilots about the danger.
The passenger liner went to Spain and flew the flight mainly children, the best pupils of Ufa schools for academic success awarded free tickets to Europe.
The Boeing crashed into the fuselage of a passenger plane, which it broke into four pieces in the air. The pilots of the cargo ship lost control, after which the liner fell seven kilometers from the Russian TU-154.
Long-term trials have not yielded results: the dispatcher, the fault of which the tragedy occurred, refused to take responsibility. The families of the victims didn’t apologize or sympathy. At that time, the situation decided to investigate Vitaly Kaloyev, an architect from Russia, who lost in the crash of the whole family. His wife and two children flew fatal flight “the Bashkir airlines” to visit him in Spain.
The researcher came to the house of Peter Nielsen, after which inflicted 12 stab wounds. Manager could not be saved, and the inconsolable father went to prison. Two years later he was released for good behavior.
The final verdict on this case was passed only in 2007. The court found guilty of causing death by negligence four managers of Skyguide. Three more employees of the Swiss firm issued a verdict, sentencing them to probation. The families of the victims paid compensation.
Vitaly Kaloyev immediately after his release, he returned to North Ossetia. Kseniya Kaspari, who wrote the book “the Clash”, dedicated to the tragic story, explained why the inconsolable father has committed a crime.
“He was at the crash site, when only just begun the search operation. He saw fragments of bodies, various testimonies of broken lives, understood, and imagined what death killed his children,” says caspari.
In 2017 came the film “Consequences”, based on the tragic story of Vitaly Kaloeva. The main role in the film played Arnold Schwarzenegger. Hollywood actor is so imbued with the plot based on real events that agreed to participate in the filming for a minimal fee.
Valery Postnikov, who served as Executive Director of the society of independent investigators of aviation accidents, said that the disaster could have been prevented. “In this situation, blame the traffic controllers and our pilots. This combination of shortcomings, mistakes, miscommunication in the work of the managers and crew. But of course, that the terminal there was one operator that was disabled the whole system, is totally unacceptable,” concluded Postnikov in his comments to RT.
