Canadian company Cirque du Soleil is known worldwide for its colourful shows, filed a lawsuit on Justin Timberlake. Musician accused of plagiarism.

In a 10-page complaint filed in a new York court, stated that Timberlake illegally used the Steel part of the song Dream from the album Cirque du Soleil in 1997, in his song Don’t Hold the Wall, which was released in 2013. The question price – 800 thousand dollars for copyright infringement.

Then the reason for the proceedings was the artist of the song Damn Girl, which he sang with rapper Will.I.Am. Song allegedly repeats the song 1969 A New Day is Here At Last.
