Just a couple of weeks it took the musical “Beauty and the beast” to become the highest grossing in movie history.

Adaptation of the disney tale, where the main roles were played by Emma Watson and Dan Stevens, has attracted the audience so much that now the world profit is more than USD 690 million.

Experts predict that “beauty and the beast” probably will soon be included in “club of billionaires”, because in the next two to three weeks are expected to be cash charges in the amount which has already been collected. Note that the creation of the musical has been spent 160 million dollars.

At the moment, “beauty and the beast” is the leader among musicals. Prome remake of the disney tale, the five leaders were also “grease” with John Travolta, “Chicago” with Catherine Zeta-Jones and Renee Zellweger, “La La Land” with Emma stone and Ryan Gosling, and “Les Miserables” with Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway.
