Omsk court is hearing a case on illegal banking activities. The investigation suggests that six people, led by the local entrepreneur Nikolai Trofimov, organized illegal cash-settlement centre. The dock also got Anastasia poletayeva, who pursued their love on the project of TV channel TNT.
Former member of telestroke Anastasia Poletayev questioned in the case about illegal banking activity. The girl, who now lives in Omsk, appeared in the dock, along with the son of the General Director of “Omskmetalloopttorg” Anton Babikov, Nikolay Trofimov, local restaurant owner “Married a Frenchman,” and other alleged member of an organized criminal group Mikhail Pugovkin.
A meeting of the suspects in the illegal banking activity was closed. The investigation believes that in the gang consisted of six people. “Black bankers” cashed out money in the amount of 1.6 billion rubles, and took for their services a fee in the amount of 0.4 to 3.5%. The illegal enterprise was engaged in accounts of customers carried out cash service and producing the collection. Criminal case on him is being heard in the Kuibyshev court, it was admitted there on October 20th. The details of his examination are not yet known.
It is reported that the leader of the group – 33-year-old Nikolai Trofimov. The man completely admitted the guilt and agreed to cooperate with the investigation. So his trial was held separately from the other defendants in the case. Trofimov was sentenced to two years in prison, reports local media.

Anastasiia Poletaeva pleaded not guilty. Eks-the participant “Houses-2” believes that she got in the dock by mistake. Apparently, she was one of the employees of the enterprise, organized by Trofimov. According to her, she just held the payments and did not know that they are illegal.
“Has accused the Director in illegal “cashing” and I was included in the gang simply for the fact that I had worked! Although I was just doing payments through the Internet Bank, no major income not received, and that the legal transaction carried out or not, I was not interested. When the case materials will be studied, I hope that everything will fall into place. Hate that is written about me in the first place, although I’m the victim,” explained Anastasia poletayeva Omsk.
Former member of telestroke also told NGS.OMSK, that the work of investigation about “black bankers” went on for four years.
Anastasiia Poletaeva took part in the filming of “House-2” in 2014. Before the reality show, the girl managed to try herself as a model and an accountant. After the girl left telestroke, she was a hostess in a Omsk restaurant “Married a Frenchman.”
