Sandra recently gave an interview and openly talked about how started her acting career. It turns out that because of the sexism she even thought about leaving the film industry.

“Mom always told me that I can accomplish anything myself that I don’t have to get married that I am a strong personality with the same rights as men. Imagine how shocked I was when faced with a tyrannical and cruel reality?

It was hard and painful to accept it. At some point I thought, “Maybe it’s time to get out there and do something else to earn a living?” – admitted Bullock.
