Actress Maria Shumakova liked by the audience after the filming of the series “Sweet life” where she appears as a plump girl.

But in real life the actress is the owner of a gorgeous figure and slim waist. The other day Maria said to his followers about fasting, which helps her in many ways.

“A year ago I first went to starve in a special clinic fasting. I really liked it. There were a number of fundamental changes in the food habit, appearance and most importantly, was a powerful spiritual cleansing. All year I dreamed to return to a favorite place and finally happened,” — said Shumakov followers.

The actress admits that her main goal is not to get rid of those extra pounds she gained lately, and the complete cleansing of the body.
