That was one of the most anticipated events of the year – the annual exhibition devoted to fashion – the Ball Costume Institute (Met Gala 2016). The celebration, whose owner was the editor in chief of Vogue magazine Anna Wintour, was held in new York’s Metropolitan Museum of art. This year’s Wintour’s assistant in the organization of the event was Taylor swift, who, by the way, very surprised by his manner.
The first ball was held in 1971, the year. Since each ball is assigned a topic, which must be followed by all guests of the event.
This year, celebrities were invited to work on “Manual labor V‘s. mechanical work: fashion in the age of technology“.
The event attracted, as always, a lot of famous guests, among them supermodels, actors, singers and all who follow fashion for several decades.
Among the celebrities who attended the ball, were spotted Nicole Kidman and Keith urban, Beyonce, Kate Bosworth, Katy Perry, Rita Ora and many others.
