“I work early in the morning, when the children are in bed, because it really is a good time to think about it. I usually get up at 5.30−5.45 in the morning, spend a couple of hours in the gym,” says Beckham, “When you are working and you have children, you have very little time to take care of yourself. During this time, you should rest — even if it’s ten or fifteen minutes. For example, apply the mask on your face while reading”.
