Charity action “Good Tree” of the British chain of toy shops, Hamleys and the Fund “give life” started in the Central children’s store (CCS) in the Lubyanka.

The representatives of the Foundation learned in advance children who will spend New year in hospital, what present they would like to receive from Santa Claus and snow Maiden. The desire of the boys written on cards hanging on the “Good Trees” in the Moscow shops Hamleys, and the stars chose cards and fulfilled the dreams of children.

A similar event is held for the fifth year. It involved Russian star — actors, singers, representatives of show-business and journalists.

Arriving at a “Good Tree” for a gift, the singer Katya LEL could not remember his childhood, when his parents on New year gave her a doll Dasha.

— I’m with her and slept, and bathed her and combed. It was the best gift in childhood. Then I have all the dolls were named Dasha. Doll very well brought up in the girls maternal. In recent time the world has changed. If before we could surprise games and books, but now we live in a virtual age, and the children are in another dimension. I try to give something useful and educational to the child, based on the nature and preferences, – Kate remembered.

Not remained indifferent and actress Jeanne Epple, who has two children. Jeanne like no other knows how to choose Christmas gifts. Says the main thing is that the toy is not just pleased, but still developed it.
– From childhood I only remember one of his Christmas gift — a huge polar bear with me. And I have 10 years probably sat in a corner, I don’t remember I played with him. But he was like a family member. Their children tried to choose interesting gifts — though in the Soviet time, a large diversity was observed. Remember when oldest son was in third grade, my father is from USA he brought Legos and we have long not seen son nor LEGO. And in the end the son became a Builder and designer. And the youngest always liked books and now he loves books.”

And the action has been joined by many other Russian stars. Among them famous actors and musicians: Vitaliy Abdulov, Andrey Kovalev, Arseniy Borodin, member of the popular “Emperor”, Manizha and many others.
