The President of Russia Vladimir Putin awarded the title of Honored artist 36-year-old Russian singer Dima Bilan.

The corresponding decree was published today on the official portal of legal information.

“For merits in development of domestic culture and art, many years of fruitful activity assign the honorary title “Honored artist of the Russian Federation” Bilan Dima Nikolaevich – artist, Kabardino-Balkar Republic”
