The series “house of cards” (House of Cards), telling about political intrigue in the White house, is considered one of the most successful TV show of our time, and largely thanks to the brilliant Duo of Kevins spacey and Robin Wright, who play the main roles in the project. However, if in the frame of the heroes stars were not inferior to each other, the reality was otherwise: fee Robin for shooting the TV series was significantly less than that of her partner on the show. Recall, Robin Wright not only appeared in all 52 episodes of the series, masterfully played hard and unscrupulous Claire underwood, but also subsequently became one of the producers of the show and directed several episodes as a Director. Role in “house of cards” helped the actress, who at the time of marriage with Sean Penn, almost never filmed, to make a triumphant return to the ranks of Hollywood stars of the first magnitude.
Note that Robin Wright is not the first who complains about unequal pay for men and women in the film industry: his anger on this issue have already been expressed by Jennifer Lawrence, Charlize Theron and many other celebrities.
