The ex-soloist of group “Ivanushki Int” Oleg Yakovlev died in June last year, but his legacy has failed to understand until now. In an official Testament, which the singer wrote shortly before his death, stated only two people: his niece and best friend. However, not so long ago about their rights to inherit said partner Oleg Alexander Kutsevol. She told me that she has a right to the property of the deceased beloved, as was his official wife. Alexander gave a paper saying that five years ago, she and Yakovlev concluded marriage on the territory of Serbia.

A relative of the singer Tatyana Yakovleva questioned the veracity of this information and has sent an official request for verification to the Consulate of Serbia. It is noteworthy that in his interview with Yakovlev never talked about his marriage. Your friends the actor also didn’t mention it. At the same time, colleagues don’t exclude that it might play a secret wedding.

“Oleg didn’t have to tell us. It was all a secretive guy”, — said Andrey Grigoriev-Apollo.

Today in the program “Male/Female” on the First channel was read an official response from Serbia: “I Have the honour to convey the message of the city administration of čačak about what corresponding record of marriage in 2012 between Oleg Yakovlev and Alexandra Kutsevol not entered in the register of the Registrar of čačak”.

It turns out, the marriage between Oleg Yakovlev and Alexandra Kutsevol is not valid, therefore she cannot claim his property.

Of course, the “hearings” on TV are not legally binding, and the decision on this issue will be brought up in court in the near future.
