Ilya Averbukh announced the start of the tour “Together forever”. This year the tour will be devoted to the Olympics in 2018, and it will take part dance couple Alexandra Stepanova and Ivan Bukin, unjustly suspended from participation in competitions. Another surprise for audiences will be the performance of the repeated prize-winner of European and world Championships Elena Radionova, as well as multiple medalist of the European Championship Maxim Kovtun. Also in the touring show involved Alexei Yagudin, Tatiana Totmianina, Maxim Marinin, Roman Kostomarov, Tatiana Volosozhar and Maxim Trankov, and other famous skaters. The tour kicks off February 23 and will host more than 20 cities of Russia, and each of them will deploy a Russian flag. Thus Averbukh and his star team will demonstrate their support for the Olympians, and show how important it is to work together to overcome challenges and not give up even in the most difficult situations.
“We all know the difficulties that lay now on our team, — says Ilya Averbukh. — Our tour “Together forever” we want to Express our solidarity with them and support in this difficult time. For the first time, you’ll make us Olympic Champions Sochi Tatiana Volosozhar and Maxim Trankov, as well as the best athletes of the current Russian national team Elena Radionova and Maxim Kovtun. And, of course, a great honour for me to invite to our team winners of the European championship Alexander Stepanov and Ivan Bukin. The boys played brilliantly in the competition this season, they are absolutely unfairly, without explanation not allowed on the Olympics, even though they were not in Sochi, and they cannot be no issues. I am proud to present our team combines the best skaters of different generations, including the youngest, and we’re the only ones who can afford the major tour rounds across Russia”.
