Alexander Maslyakov was undoubtedly a legend of Channel One, and indeed of all Russian television.

Many perceived his death as a personal tragedy, so they hurried to the cemetery, in order to see Alexander Vasilyevich on his final journey. But in the end it turned out that the area was cordoned off and entry was allowed only to those close to Maslyakov's family, friends and colleagues.

When the funeral was over and Maslyakov's son and his daughter, granddaughter of Alexander Vasilyevich, Taisiya was leaving the cemetery, journalists hurried to them to ask questions.

Taisiya Maslyakova tried to remain silent, but later could not stand it:

“We asked you not to film, why all this, people are grieving? God sees everything,” she noted bitterly.

“No need, they will post everything,” Alexander Maslyakov Jr. tried to calm his daughter down.

“So be it,” Taisiya summed up.
