TV presenter decided to realize her dream and took up architecture. Their ideas Gleb Drunk could implement in the construction of houses. He knows that only some will appreciate the style of the mansions that represent a classic of modern architecture.
Popular TV presenter Gleb Drunk after closing the “Programme Maximum” decided to realize his dream. Journalist, inspired by the architecture of Amsterdam decided to build a house in the style of European cities. In the end, the presenter has created a shelter, in his own words, for an advanced audience.
Some of the houses represent an unusual design. They look like cubes, standing on one of its edges. Drunken notes that just not everyone can appreciate the style of the mansions.
“These homes are classics of modern architecture. Courchevel, a fashionable ski resorts, stylish hotels by the sea – everywhere now houses are built in this style. Larch and metal, the environment, careful attitude to nature and to each sapling plot abroad it is called sustainable design. Among the Russian architects in this style features the famous Totan Kuzembaev. Such houses are scattered around the world, they prefer intellectuals, in a free translation on Russian – advanced audience”, – said Gleb.
Broadcast journalist wanted at home was of the highest quality, so watched every phase of construction personally, along with other entrepreneur. Also Gleb Drunk even had to be not a spectator, but to participate directly in the construction site.
“Two of my superintendents, my buddy was fired a couple weeks after beginning construction, we became foremen. Hard labor, of course, but a very different cost, and shoals less… and when I was afraid of work?” – says the Drunk.
Gleb Drunk puts its meaning in the concept of “quality home”. He associates it not with a high level job, and other not less important characteristics.
“Quality is, for example, of the viewport. And the second light in the living room. Because in November it should be light, – said the presenter. Quality – this is definitely a spacious terrace with access directly from the living room. No “barbecues on the other end of the site. There you will not run or spin or snack. Terrace have to go on the Sunny side – South East. In April, a little pregnable honey, have you had lunch on the street. Around the snow belt, and you step barefoot on the terrace.”
Also for Drunk was very important to create a space that will feel children. Between the five houses, in the pedestrian area should be a platform where you can play kids.
