Former guitarist for the once popular Russian group “Sector Gaza” Igor Kuschev was hospitalized with serious injuries – the consequences of a traffic accident.

The tragedy occurred yesterday in the street of Vladimir Nevsky Cathedral in the capital. Igor was hit by a KIA Ceed just at the crosswalk. As a result, the Kuschev flew off and hit a parked Opel Astra. With severe injuries he was hospitalized. Currently he is in reanimation of neurosurgical office, and his family are seeking witnesses to the incident.
According to employees of traffic police, driving a KIA Ceed was a local resident of 28 years. According to police, the culprit politely waited for the ambulance and law enforcement officers, but witnesses say he fled the scene of the accident, and after he returned. Police are investigating and establishes all circumstances.
