The message of the death of Queen Elizabeth II, which was allegedly published on the official website of Buckingham Palace, and then quickly removed, has excited Internet users.
10 January on the official website of the Buckingham Palace has published the news of the death of Queen Elizabeth II (Queen Elizabeth II). “Queen Elizabeth II died in his sleep this morning at his residence in Sandringham Palace,” — said in a statement. The message quickly disappeared from the website, but Internet users took a screen shot, which went to the Russian media.
Earlier due to health problems, the Queen was unable to visit the Christmas service 25 December, but on 8 January it was present in the Church of St. Mary Magdalene in Sandringham.
The portal Life got in touch with the press office of Buckingham Palace and received a denial news: “This is absolutely not true. This could not be on this website. Could you send us a screenshot or a link to this information?”.
Last year Queen Elizabeth II celebrated 90-year anniversary. She came to the throne in 1952. At the moment it is considered the long-reigning monarch in the history of the UK.
