Yesterday, August 26, in new Jersey hosted the 36th award ceremony “MTV Video Music Awards 2019” from the popular music channel. The record holder in the nominations was Taylor swift, who managed to carry off the main prize of the evening – “video of the year”.

Most nominations this year was with performers Taylor swift and Ariana Grande. The girls claimed victory in ten categories. Immediately behind them, advancing in nine categories, was young Billy Iles (she’s just opening last year!). A contender for eight awards was rapper Lil Nas X.

Several extensions have also received such popular artists as Shawn Mendes, KARDi Bi, j Ballwin, Camila Cabello, Solange and FKA Twigs.

So, the main star of the evening was the richest according to Forbes, the singer – country artist Taylor swift. Celebrity took home the award for “video of the year”. Her swift got for the video for the song “You Need to Calm Down”. She was the best in the nomination “Video For Good”.

The main competitor Taylor — pop star Ariana Grande was the best performer of the year, and the video for her song “7 Rings” got the victory in the category “Best artist”.

The song this year was “Old Town Road” performed by rapper Lil Nas X and Billy ray Cyrus. A 17-year-old singer Billy Ailes won in the nomination “Best debut”. Triumph has brought her song “in ad FS guy”.

The main hit all the clubs and parties “Señorita” by Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello have been named the best co-creative of the year.

MTV forgot about a couple who this year caused much debate — Bradley Cooper and pop diva Lady Gaga. They said for the soundtrack to the film “a Star is born”.

We will remind, this year 29-year-old Taylor swift has topped the Forbes list, earning in a year at his concerts 185 million dollars. Her big concert tour in support of the album “Reputation” became the highest grossing in the United States, bringing nationwide mishpat 266: 1 million dollars.
