Cuban composer Lebanon Rafael Castellanos Valdes accuses Shakira, Carlos Vives and recording Studio Sony Music Publishing Latinaв plagiarism. The musician claims that the above mentioned artists used a fragment of his song “Yo te quiero tanto” in his song “La bicicleta” without the permission of the author.

This Shakira song was released last year and scored more than 700 million hits on You Tube. Lebanon Rafael Castellanos Valdes wrote the song twenty years ago, in 1997, which is documented.
