The fifth Russian festival of short films “in Short”
will be held in Kaliningrad from 18 to 20 August. This year for participation in the festival
was filed record 1652 applications from different corners of Russia and the world. On the eve of
the organizing Committee announced the composition of the professional jury of the festival headed by producer, head of Studio “the PROFIT” Igor Tolstunov.

This year, the jury also consisted of: Director and screenwriter Boris
Khlebnikov, actress Ekaterina Klimova, actor Pyotr Fyodorov, General Director
media holding “STS Media” Vyacheslav Murugov, two-time Olympic champion Yelena Isinbayeva and local resident, writer, theater Director, actor and
musician Evgeny Grishkovets.

A professional jury will choose from the films
the competition program of the festival “Shorter” the winners in the nominations “the Best
film”, Best Director, Best screenplay and special prize.

Short film festival “Koroche” was first held in
In Kaliningrad in 2013. Annually in it take part more than 1,500 works.
To participate in the competitive program are accepted films in Russian language
lasting from 3 to 15 minutes, removed as Directors from Russia, and from
other countries.
