played a major role in the NTV series “countdown”, the shooting of which was completed
in Saint-Petersburg. In the story of his hero, major Korsakov and Lieutenant Gordeeva (Polina Maksimova) work in
the investigative unit of the police. Their task: not just to catch
of the offender, but also to keep the victim from retaliation, not to allow the man to cross the line
of the law. Korsakov, who heads this Department, is attentive to subordinates, to
criminals simply never loses composure in emergency situations, always
witty and gallant. The main weakness of the main character are not extinct
feelings for his colleague Inge Gordeeva. In the past they were connected complex
relationship, but now they need to find a common language to do their
professional duty.

“Many times I was shot in St. Petersburg and love
this city, — has shared the actor. In “the countdown,” Peter will be
special, without the usual glossy historical pictures, because our heroes live
and work in a modern industrial city, where everything is different
architecture. We filmed only in new neighborhoods, and now I can easily hold
a tour of modern St. Petersburg. I hope the audience it’s a new style

heroes. From the beginning we have defined my character as “self-confident
COP”, because the police itself is the epitome of confidence. And

Each
new story is a case where on account of literally seconds: Korsakov and
Gordeeva saving people on the verge of life and death. Every time they come
in the fight with time, with no chance for procrastination.
