Popular actress Yulia Peresild is known as a very positive and gentle man.

She not only is successful in her acting career, but also raising two adorable daughters. In a recent interview the actress admitted how she manages to look so luxurious.

“I sincerely admire women who sit on diets, eat right and exercise. I am in the gym once a year — with pleasure would do it more often, but I physically don’t have the time. If we talk about food, I like detox and juice therapy — periodically I go through those programs,” said Julia.

The actress said that specifically waives cosmetics in everyday life, to prove that even without makeup you look great.
