In an exclusive interview with “StarHit” Daria Yermolayeva told on the courts with former fathers of their children, and also about moving to Brazil. According to the singer, she fears for her life at home.

For several years the ex-soloist of the once popular group “Cream” was living in Brazil. Recently, however, in the life of Daria Ermolaeva has come a black stripe – disease, life on the verge of poverty and litigation with ex-husbands. The singer had to leave the house and return to Russia.

In an exclusive interview with “StarHit” Ermolaeva frankly said, once again adjusting to life at home.

“When I was in the fifth month, was expecting their first child, Denis drove me to the airport and put on a plane to Brazil. Before I was saved. Then there was the apartment, which came to his mother and grandmother to have me expelled. Husband sent me one pregnant, in another country. Then the container with our things, however, made it for my money. In the end, he even incorrectly issued paper, I had three months to wait. Imagine I’m in my last trimester ran and argued that this burden is mine. Plus lived alone, all the money he gave for having to return things. In the end, due to nerves I started bleeding, the child was born prematurely”.

According to Daria, now the man is trying to prove that he never planned to leave Russia, and Ermolaeva went to South America on their own. To the mother of your child, Denis has not arrived, so the birth certificate of son Bruno, before the end of the graph “father”.

“This record is no, because Denis has not provided any documents. In Russia, the law automatically recognizes the husband’s father. And in Brazil it is necessary to come in person and say that you are the dad of this child. If you can not appear yourself is to submit a paper through a notary. I asked him to send the confirmation, but received the answer that supposedly turned him down,” recalls the actress.

Daria was disappointed that her husband does not participate in the upbringing of his son and even helps financially. But she soon learned that the man had filed for divorce. Instead, the court found her dad. As it turned out, Dennis did not say that he has a child, but because their marriage has terminated without delay.

“At the time the child was a year and two months. Now I have to prove that he is the father of Bruno. Not long ago I received a letter from Brazilian court – I was asked to specify who all the same dad. I went again to Dennis, but he said that he does not care for the laws of this country and all I am supposed to deliver it on the money”, – the singer admits.

Daria finds that her ex-husband is a good man, but he succumbed to the influence of relatives and buddies who have set him against her.

In Brazil Ermolaev tried to establish privacy. She became a mother for the second time, gave birth to her son max. However, the relationship with the boyfriend did not work out. Admitted as a young mother, she had to face the aggression on the part of the boyfriend.

“In my hands the judgment on which he can not approach me and my son more than 800 meters and to write, call, communicate in social networks. In Brazil there is a law that will save women victims of domestic violence,” admitted Ermolaeva in conversation with “StarHit”.

In South America the singer remained the property and the car, and in Russia she recently came into the inheritance after the death of the Pope and became the landlady of a small apartment. True, and she had to fight.

“We have designed the children Russian citizenship. Apartment dad wanted me to deprive a cunning way, but have helped friends, so it is the law passed to me. Should I even get involved in this business? Dennis reduces his salary and says that he will quit to avoid paying the money.”

“Denis says he has a new family and a new baby – it is not up to us. I gave a chance to meet my son, he came, met and lost,” admitted Ermolaeva.

Daria does not exclude that, probably, will live in Moscow with the children.

“In Brazil everything is more than prospects. Who work here – don’t know. I was doing children’s photography, interior design, 3D Visualizer, in Brazil, is in demand, and here such specialists are a dime a dozen”, – said Daria.
