The Tax Inspectorate has taken a close look at bloggers. At first, their attention was attracted by the Chekaleny family, who are now under house arrest without access to the Internet. Then a criminal case was opened against Sashimi Mitroshina. And at the end of April, Elena Blinovskaya was detained while trying to leave the country. She was charged with non-payment of taxes in the amount of 918 million rubles. Blinovskaya did not deny her guilt and stated that she was ready to compensate the damage in full, but so far she had paid the state only 10 million.

Meanwhile, her father and a former business partner was accused of creating criminal schemes of her husband. Alexei had previously been involved in the case as a witness, but today it became known that he was also charged.

“Aleksey Blinovsky was charged under part 5 of article 33, part 2 of article 198 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (assistance in tax evasion by an individual by failing to submit a tax return, as well as including deliberately false information in a tax return, committed in especially large amount) and paragraph “b” part 4 of article 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (legalization (laundering) of funds acquired by a person as a result of committing a crime by a group of persons by prior agreement, in an especially large amount)” – reported in the prosecutor's office Moscow.
