The winner of the “Golden Gramophone” Ludmila Sokolova purchased apartments in the area Karamyshevskaya embankment about a year ago. The singer has long dreamed of his own apartment. Ludmila recently completed the repair and has invited “StarHit”.
“Initially we didn’t have any walls, – said the “StarHit” singer. We decide how many rooms can we do and what area they will be. As a result of the small area of 62 square meters, we have built three rooms, a kitchen, a dressing room and two bathrooms – one guest, the other with a shower”.
Before you start the repair, Lyudmila looked in the Internet a huge number of photos of various apartments with interesting design solutions. According to Sokolova, she likes Italian classics in bright colors.
“Given the fact that we spent his whole life in rented apartments who had to wash to do at least some cosmetic repairs to anything turned out candy in their own we have put all of their ideas, dreams and desires, – continues Lyudmila. – Created and conveyed the atmosphere in which I would like to spend more time to create and enjoy life. They helped us with this one amazing construction company and an amazing woman – architect Olga. We thought over everything to the millimeter. I wanted to make it so beautiful that every day I Wake up, get aesthetic pleasure. Besides, I have a beautiful and picturesque view from all Windows on the Moscow river and the Park area”.
The star was lucky with the construction company – renovation went like clockwork. Difficulties arose only with air conditioning. Due to the fact that the new house, they did not set as fast as wanted by the owners.
“Of all the places in the apartment I will highlight probably the kitchen, I can stay for hours, drinking tea with sweets, answer fan mail, chat with friends, make videos, and most importantly, it is here that I have born interesting creative ideas. I also like a long time to stand at the window and watch the changes of nature in different seasons and to think about.”
Almost all furniture is Italian manufacturer. Only kitchen set made in Germany. The repair lasted a relatively short time – six months.
“The private area is very important for me, – says the singer. I grew up in the house of the grandparents. We lived very simply but craving for a beautiful I always had. The apartment is a place where pulls where you can relax and unwind, which must be area where you can be alone, where they take relatives and close friends where happy each day of my life”.
